Move over dark, milk and white chocolate…there’s a new colour in town! Ruby Chocolate and yes, it’s actually PINK!
The worlds largest based cocoa processor in Zurich has come up with the pretty indulgence. They’ve spent the last 13 years trying to produce this stuff out of ruby cocoa beans.
The Swiss company said in a press release that the new chocolate is not bitter, milky or sweet…but a mix of berry-fruitiness and luscious smoothness.
Hopefully we’ll see this in stores within the next few months!
