Arrests in three holdups

Two people are facing charges in connection with a number of holdups.

Police arrested a man in connection with an armed robbery at the Petro Can on Portland Street Tuesday evening. Further investigation led to the 21 year old man being charged with holdups at Sobeys Fast fuels on Portland October 10th and the Needs store on Baker Drive October 11th. A 45 year old woman was also arrested in connection with two of the robberies.
