DESCRIPTION:  \nThe following are the scheduled closures for the Macdonald Bridge to replace an approach span bearing and an expansion joint on the Dartmouth side of the bridge. \n\n7:00pm to 5:30am Tuesday Aug 06 – bike lane will be closed. Cyclists will be directed to use the sidewalk\n7:00pm to 5:30am Wednesday Aug 07 – sidewalk will be closed. Walkers will be directed to use the bike lane\n7:00pm to 5:30am Thursday Aug 08. FULL bridge closure including sidewalk and bike lane. Shuttle service provided*\n7:00pm Friday\, August 9 to 9pm Saturday\, August 10. FULL bridge closure. Sidewalk and bike lane will be open.\n\nAll four lanes on the MacKay Bridge will be open during these closures. \n
