The Country Music Hall of Famer has never played Regina. Brooks has announced an Aug. 10 tour stop at Mosaic Stadium\, making him the first country singer to play the stadium since it opened in 2012. Tickets will cost a total of $94.95\, once facility fees and service charges are added. \n
