DESCRIPTION:He’s old\, but he’s a fast mover! \nTake a walk with Gus The Tortoise\, a gopher tortoise\, who at 94 years old\, is older than your grandparents… and probably even older than your great-great grandparents! \nGus comes out for a public stroll every Wednesday\, Thursday and Friday at 3:30 pm. When you join Gus for a walk\, you may get a chance to feed him some yummy lettuce\, and get up close to examine his beautiful shell. \nThe best days to walk with Gus are the days when the museum is really quiet\, so please note that if the museum is super-busy\, or if Gus isn’t feeling it\, the walk may be cancelled or postponed.
