Health Minister Jane Philpott admits she could have been more specific when she told Parliament she never used a limo service.

Philpott still had to answer questions from reporters at the beginning of a two day cabinet retreat in Sudbury over her use of a luxury car service, owned by a man who volunteered on her election campaign. The minister admits the service was too pricey.

The Opposition parties are accusing her of misleading the House of Commons. (14)
