North Preston death ruled a homicide

The death of a man found inside a stolen car in North Preston Tuesday afternoon has been ruled a homicide.  A black Honda Civic was ultimately found in the St. Thomas Baptist Church Cemetery, with the victim identified as 26-year-old Tylor Donovan McInnis of Halifax.  The investigation continues.
