Toddler assault

Police say they will continue to investigate last Friday’s incident where a toddler was sexually assaulted near North Street.

Despite the girl’s parents not wishing to further pursue things to save their daughtyer from the trauma of an investigation and court case, police will continue to investigate. They say they want to identify the suspect because of the broader public safety issue.
