Small hospital fire in Sydney
Some patients at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital were quickly moved out of their rooms yesterday morning because of a fire.
There was a small fire in Unit 1B around 11:30 which forced the hospital to evacuate 18 patients. No serious injuries were reported. The fire was contained to a small area and patients were relocated to other areas of the hospital.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway. Patients mwill be moved back to the rooms once the cleanup is completed this week.
