Halifax Regional Police launching annual Operation Fall-Back

Halifax Regional Police are launching Operation Fall-Back for another year.  The campaign is an effort to reduce noise complaints, property damage and public intoxication in the south end once school is back in.  It’ll start tomorrow and run through September.  Police issued 85 tickets last year.
