Homicide ruled in case of man found dead in Dartmouth

The death of a man found in Dartmouth yesterday morning has been ruled a homicide.  A man called police saying he’d been shot, and was found behind John McNeil Elementary School on Leaman Drive.  48-year-old Rickey Walker died in hospital.  The investigation continues.
