Several charges after fleeing police

A Halifax man has been charged after fleeing police overnight yesterday.  They tried to stop a vehicle speeding in the west end at 1:14, but it fled before the driver parked and then took off on foot.  A search found cocaine, open alcohol, a knife and a baseball bat.  23-year-old Daniel Carroll faces flight from police, impaired driving and other charges.
