Apartment Complex proposed for entire block of Spring Garden Road

A two-tower apartment complex is being proposed for Spring Garden Road.  Dexel Developments wants to build a roughly $100 million development, one building 16 storeys tall and the other 30.  It would take up the whole block from Robie to Carlton Street and involve tearing down properties that aren’t heritage.
