Attempted robbery near Citadel Hill

Two people were arrested early this morning after a man reported an attempted robbery. A man approached him in the area of Artillery Place and Birmingham Street and demanded cash. A car approached and the suspect fled in a nearby car.

Police pulled over a suspect vehicle a short time later and arrested two men.
