Another apartment complex for Spring Garden Road

A two-tower apartment complex is being proposed for Spring Garden Road.

Dexel Developments wants to put up one building that is 16 storeys tall and the other would be 30 floors. The cost is around $100 million. It would take up the whole block from Robie to Carlton Street and involve tearing down a number of buildings.
