Police Release Photo of Person of Interest in Dartmouth Homicide

Halifax Police are also asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in the homicide of 48-year-old Rickey Walker. Shortly before 3am On September 1 a man called Police to report that he had been shot. Officers located the man behind John McNeil Elementary School on Leaman Drive. He was taken to the hospital but pronounced dead upon arrival. The Medical Examiner ruled his death a homicide. Halifax police have released pictures of a man on their website and social media and are asking for the public’s help to identify the person of interest in the photos.
