MPs are back from summer vacation

The Commons resumes today after the summer break. The Trudeau Government hopes to reach a national climate change strategy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions…including imposing a carbon tax or trade system on provinces if they don’t do it themselves, according to the environment minister.
