Teen faces fewer charges in Millwood lockdown

A teen is now just facing charges of uttering threats in connection with the lockdown in April at Millwood High School.

The Crown stayed the most serious charge of conspiracy to committ murder against Jonathan Keith Murray. He’ll be back in court in October for sentencing and remains free on bail for now.

Two younger teens still face charges of conspiracy to commit murder and weapons offences. They’re due to go to trial late next month in Youth Court.
