Mother not guilty in daughter’s death

A South Shore woman has been found not guilty of criminal negligence causing the death of her 9 year old daughter.

33 year old Candice Roxanne Moore, of Mount Pleasant, was found not guilty by a jury yesterday. Olive Moore died after she was hit by a minivan in 2013. It was Moore’s second trial after the first ended with a hung jury.
