Teenager Killed in Richmond County Crash

An 18-year-old woman from Guysborough County has died after a single vehicle accident in Richmond County Friday morning. RCMP say she was a passenger in a car that went off the road and struck a concrete culvert on highway 104 in Louisdale around 8:30am. She was airlifted to hospital but later died of her injuries. The 23-year-old driver of the vehicle was also taken to hospital with serious injuries.
