Public panel discussion being held for International Right to Know Day

A public panel discussion will be held Wednesday night in honour of International Right to Know Day.  Nova Scotia Information and Privacy Commissioner Catherine Tully has partnered with the King’s College School of Journalism’s Centre for Law and Democracy for the event.  It goes from 6:30-8 at the Halifax Central Library.
