Lower Sackville man victim of fatal accident near Windsor

A Lower Sackville man was the victim of yesterday’s fatal accident on the 101 near Windsor.  The 41-year-old’s car and a tractor-trailer collided between Exits 5 and 5A.  The truck driver is okay.
