Bombardier bucks

Bombardier wants a billion dollars in aid from Ottawa and Federal Innovation Minister Navdeep Bains says the government wants to be a partner.

Bains says it’s not a matter of if but how the government will hand over the money. The Quebec government has already pledged a billion.
