Guilty plea in sex assault case

An Eastern Shore man will be sentenced in January for sexually assaulting his girlfriend’s teenage daughter, according to Local Xpress.

The 51 year old man pleaded guilty in court yesterday. The Crown withdrew a charge of sexual assault against the girl’s 40 year old mother. Names are under a publication ban. Court was told the mother was present on at least two occasions when he had intercourse with the daughter who was 16 at the time.
