Health and Wellness’ Serious Reportable Event Interim Reporting Policy first-quarter results

28 people in the province’s healthcare system either died or suffered a serious disability between April and June.  First-quarter results of the Serious Reportable Event Interim Reporting Policy show 18 were affected as a result of care, with another 10 related to suicide and suicide attempts.  You can learn more at the Department of Health and Wellness website.
