Election – Richmond County

Voters in Richmond County let the incumbents know what they thought of the expense scandal.

This was also the election of a smaller council….five seats instead of ten. Three incumbents were defeated including Warden Victor David who only got 52 votes. Winning seats were Alvin Martell, Jason MacLean, former Warden James Goyetche and Gilbert Boucher. Brian Marchand won by acclamation.
