CB clown charged with sex offences

A well known clown in Cape Breton has been arrested on sexual assault and sexual exploitation charges.

51 year old Dale Rancourt, known as Klutzy the Clown, has been charged in connection with a girl who was under 16 at the time. The Gabarus man will be in court today for a bail hearing. The Crown is opposing his release.
