Islamic Centre versus bar

The city says a compliance officer has been assigned to a noise complaint by the Halifax Islamic centre against a brew pub next door.

The Centre for Islamic Development on Robie Street filed a noise and litter complaint against the Good Robot Brewing Company asking that the province revoke its liquor license. The Centre’s Juan Carlos Canales-Leyton says the brewery assured it something would be done, but the noise in particular hasn’t gone away.
