Two car-peds

There were two car-pedestrian accidents yesterday.

The first was on South Street near Robie when a 37 year old woman was hit. She was taken to hospital as a precaution. The 93 year old man driving the car was ticketed.

About two and a half hours later, a car hit a 40 year old woman at Barrington and Duke. The 70 year old driver was ticketed. Again the victim was taken to hospital as a precaution.
