New Highway 103 Exit 5A delayed until likely January

The new Ingramport-Highway 103 connector road likely won’t open until January now.  The new Exit 5A near St. Margaret’s Bay was set to open last month, but the latest issue is a trail that crosses it.  That needs an overpass, and has pushed the project cost to an estimated $17 million.
