Medical question delays “Internet Black Widow” peace bond

A medical question has prompted a two-week delay before Melissa Ann Shepard signs a two-year peace bond.  The 80-year-old so-called “Internet Black Widow” is challenging conditions imposed upon her release from prison in March, after serving time for spiking newlywed husband Fred Weeks’ coffee with tranquilizers in 2012.
