Doctors’ wait list

The Health Authority says people who need a family doctor can now be added to a wait list starting today.

It says people who do not have access to a family practice can call 8-1-1 Monday to Friday between 11:00am and 7:00pm to be added to a provincial waiting list. Then they will be contacted directly by a family doctor in their community when a spot opens up.
