Attempted B&E sees man arrested

A man has been arrested after an attempted break-and-enter last night in Halifax.  A witness saw someone trying to break through the front door of a School Avenue home.  He called police and the suspect was taken in at the scene, having first approached the witness with a beer bottle and knife after being yelled at.  The 40-year-old faces multiple charges.
