Two arrested in Downey murder released without charges

A man and woman were arrested in the homicide of Daverico Downey.  The 20-year-old’s body was found in North Preston back on April 23rd.  A 33-year-old female and 22-year-old male were arrested separately in Dartmouth yesterday and were released without charges this morning.
