Money for Dal

Dalhousie University is getting a funding boost of 32-million dollars for new high-tech labs and engineering facilities.

The federal government says the financial package will be used for the Innovation and Design in Engineering and Architecture Project.

It includes design labs, along with modern teaching and learning spaces being added to Dalhousie’s Sexton campus.

The school says it will help link students and faculty to industry and entrepreneurs by the time it’s done in the spring of 2018.
