Storm in CB

Parts of Cape Breton got over 225 mm of rain during the storm.  The flooding forced the closure of schools which remain closed today. Premier Stephen McNeil will tour the area today. CBRM Mayor Cecil Clarke says the city has applied for disaster assistance because the damage will be in the millions.
