Two locals arrested after Cumberland County tobacco seizure

A Halifax man and Dartmouth woman were arrested this weekend after illegal tobacco was seized in Cumberland County.  Over 71,000 contraband cigarettes with a tax value of over $19,000 were recovered.  The pair are due in court in January.
