Provincial immigration is at a ten-year high.  The 3418 newcomers to Nova Scotia between January and June is already slightly more than the 3403 who came in 2015 period – itself a record year.  Refugees have almost tripled with 1079 between January and June, compared to 365 for all of 2015.
