The new Nova Scotia Works has been announced.  The employment services system will provide better frontline services and support.  More frontline staff were hired to focus on employer engagement, client service, and outreach to schools.  The overall employment services budget stayed the same, but admin and infrastructure costs went from 53% to 27%.
