A personal care worker in Halifax has been sentenced to three months in jail for defrauding and elderly client. The Halifax Herald reports that Mary Ann Cain has also been ordered to repay the roughly 36-hundred-dollars she stole from her 80-year-old clients bank account. Court heard that Cain made repeated unauthorized withdrawls from her clients bank account.
