Sackville Arena is a 2025 Hockeyville Finalist!

Our friends in Sackville, Nova Scotia have been named as a top 4 finalist in the Kraft Hockeyville contest! This national competition, which awards one community the chance to host an NHL® pre-season hockey game and win a $250,000 prize for arena upgrades, recognizes the importance of community rinks in shaping the future of hockey. As a finalist, the Sackville Arena has an opportunity to win this incredible prize, which will contribute to ongoing improvements, helping to ensure that their arena remains a place for future generations to continue to enjoy and develop their love for sport.

Now it all comes down to votes, and they need our support.

Voting is unlimited and is from Friday, April 4th at 10 am until Saturday, April 5th at 6pm. Simply go to krafthockeyville.ca and register your email (if you have not already shared a story or picture during the nomination phase). Anyone 14 years old and up can vote, and you don’t have to be from NS to vote, so tell all your friends and family, far and wide, to vote too!
