Weekly green cart collection starts this weekend

Starting this weekend, green cart collection will take place on a weekly basis in Halifax Regional Municipality.
The weekly service will last for the summer, starting Saturday, June 29 and going until Friday, September 27.
Crews can arrive as early at 7 a.m., so to avoid the last minute panic of running out in your pajamas and slippers, HRM recommends putting bins out to the curb the evening before your collection day.
