June 13 - 16, 2019 (Pier 21) In 1925, CN engineers finalized Pier 21, in Halifax, which provided migration and import operations in a changing transatlantic world. The 22nd Annual Dragon Boat Festival will be held Saturday, June 15th, 2019 on Lake Banook. All monies raised by the Manulife Dragon Boat Festival benefit the Nova Scotia Amateur Sport Fund. The Sport Fund helps increase sport participation by supporting community-based programs throughout Nova Scotia.
