The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that registration for the fall session of the Master Composter Recycler program is now open. The Master Composter Recycler (MCR) program is a free, four-week, seven-class education program that provides training sessions, hands-on workshops and facility tours for residents to become more knowledgeable on waste management in the Halifax region.
